Soft but tough. Deep pockets at either side plus one at the rear. These kilts have a standard drop length of 24". Has belt loops all the way around. 3 Belt closure at waist. Please measure exactly where you will be wearing the kilt and order based on that measurement. Typically these utility style kilts are worn at the traditional kilt level which is around the naval but some do
