Super striking in a bright white or mid-century style kitchen
as I might have guessed early 1970s (with the lettering having a bit of an Evel Knievel / Bad News Bears / Free to Be You and Me vibe)
It looks to me that this ruler was made entirely from scratch
some partial
otherwise light wear as pictured but no notable dings
