followed by intense layers of fruit that totally saturate the palate

The middle weight flavors are not as concentrated but they’re finer and more mineralinflected while delivering good length on the bone dry and linear finish

(from 40+ year old vines in Petit Pré which was once classified as Volnay villages)

Coche Dury, Bourgogne Blanc Size:6x750ml This is not a wine(90% from Les Magny and 10% from La Belle Cte). An extremely fresh nose speaks of mostly ripe apple, citrus and matchstick aromas. The sleek, juicy and utterly delicious middle weight flavors possess good mid palate density before concluding in a lingering finish. This could use a bit more complexity, but the underlying material should enable it to develop more over the next few years.
