Lady Constance Lytton (1869 1923) before she threw a stone at Sir Walter Runciman's car. David Lloyd George was to speak at Newcastle, and was staying with Runciman. Lady Lytton threw a stone at the radiator of Sir Walter's car so as to damage the car but not injure any passers by.
