The whisky has been aged in a mixture of bourbon and sherry casks, as well as unpeated, sherry aged malt. The nose offers scents of orchard fruits, smoked cheese, oyster shells, and eucalyptus. On the palate, expect notes of tobacco, campfire embers, butterscotch, galangal, brine, and straw.
